This week the guys pontificate on things they just don’t care about… then comment on a few things they do care about. It’s hard to tell with these guys. Do they like it? Do they not? Do they even know what they’re talking about this week? It’s a crap shoot; you just never know what these guys will like.
You know what they do like though…? They like the new Indian Scout. They also like guessing and wondering and making complete off the cuff guesses about the new Ducati Scrambler. Again. While they’re at it, and talking about things they care about, they discuss keeping warm in the high desert… or is that dessert? They discuss, again, gauntlet and armored gloves, and hey… They toss out a nod to Long Rider Radio.
Well, let’s see here. My bike blew up, I’m fixing it but I got a new one anyway and Chris preps his SV for it’s first overnighter. We cover some news from Polaris and BMW, wrap up our conversation on that Erik Buell interview and then get in to lots of listener feedback. Thanks guys, keep it coming.
“According to the report, which was funded by the insurance industry, riders younger than 21 have a claims rate 10% higher in states that require them to take training courses, compared with states that do not require such courses.”

The group says bikes with antilock brakes are 37% less likely to be involved in fatal crashes than those without them. Motorcycle models with antilocks also have 22% fewer damage claims per insured vehicle year (a “vehicle year†refers to one vehicle insured for one year).â€
